Success always touches the feet of hardworking man. Sometimes luck may work but not always. It is the fruit of ones dedication, passion and spirit. Only one who has some dreams in his eyes can understand the meaning of it. They get success in their life and leave their footprints on the sand of time for others to follow.
My article is all about the success story of Mr. Jaindhan Jain. I got the chance of interviewing him. He is not different from other inspiring personalities. He inspired me to such a great extent with his ideas and philosophy. He himself started his business “Shri Vallabh Tools And Design” separately from his father’s business. He has set the example that having only degrees or M.B.A. are not enough for becoming a good businessman. It is the passion and experience that leads to success. He is not much educated . He is only matriculate even than he is running his business very well. He is a great motivator in himself. No doubt, he also has to face so many hardships but he never let his courage slips down from his hands. Because he believes that practice makes the man perfect. Today he has achieved a lot in his life but even now he is struggling constantly. It is the spirit in real sense.Really, his success story reveals an applaudable efforts and dedication. Success knows no barrier of age and time.. It may come to you at any time or in any form. The only need is to polish yourself so that you can recognize it. Everyone can be a leader, motivator or successful , the only thing that is needed is your unconquerable spirit

To be success in a field you should have the thorough knowledge of that. It may be either from experience or from knowledge,but,it is the time of competition..and you should know the maximum way to compete it...so education is also important part.
